2015年初始至今连续3年，四川光华社会工作服务中心通过网络众筹、链接资源等方式在温江区浩旺产业园内推出以外出务工流动父母和其留守老家孩子之间的亲子关系为议题的项目。

旨在鼓励在外务工父母改善亲职教育方式和沟通方式，给予子女更多的成长支持，并潜意识引导留守儿童理解父母，主动表达对父母的爱意和需求。

开展亲子夏令营，增加亲子互动频率提升父母子女亲密度。

成立儿童成长小组，在暑期开展系列丰富儿童技能的动手体验活动。

组织亲子主题活动，凝聚社会力量关爱在务工人员和留守儿童。

建立流动家庭数据库，对点聚焦亲子问题。

持续三年之久的“甜蜜约定”项目不仅使泉街道大田社区内流动父母的教育和沟通技能得到极大提升，使留守儿童展在父母面前现出前所未有的活泼和开朗，更让这份保有距离却充满爱与关怀的甜蜜约定感染到社区的每一寸土地。
