广告算法工程师

职位要求：
1. 负责美团大众点评推荐场景广告CTR预估模块，包括特征优化、模型优化以及策略优化方向。
2. 采用数据挖掘、机器学习、自然语言处理，协同过滤等技术，分析海量数据，结合广告的业务特点，设计基于数据的算法模型和策略。

3. 独立完成数据分析任务，从海量的用户行为中挖掘出有价值的信息。
4. 有效的和业务方，产品经理沟通策略方案，根据各方反馈迭代策略设计。

任职资格：
1. 有两年以上相关工作经验，对CTR预估、竞价策略或者自然语言处理、文本相关性、数据挖掘、机器学习等有一定的理解和应用经验。
2. 精通C/C++/Java等编程，有良好的编程习惯。
3. 对数据结构和算法设计有深刻的理解
4. 对数据敏感，数学功底扎实
5. 有大型搜索引擎、推荐系统、广告系统等方面经验优先
6. 有MapReduce/Spark/Hive 相关经验优先
7. 具有优秀的逻辑思维能力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，善于分析/解决问题
8. 有强烈的上进心和求知欲，善于学习新事物

Advertising Algorithm Engineer
Position Description
1. Workon CTR estimation projects in Meituan-Dianping’s recommendation scenarios,making improvement on feature engineering, statistical models and strategies.
2. Leverage data science technology to design and build algorithmic modelsand strategies, based on big data and the advertising business requirements
3. Process and analyze large amount of client’s behavioral data to study andfind valued relationships and trends
4. Communicateeffectively with our product and business teams to iteratively providesolutions to improving our system and strategy design

Qualification
1. Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience on data mining, machine learningand their applications in CTR estimation and bidding strategy, or NLP and textmining etc.
3. Advanced coding skills in C, C++, Java
4. Deep knowledge of data structure and algorithm
5. Strong ability to interpret data signals
6. Experienceworking with large-scale search engine / recommender system / advertisingsystem is preferred
7. Experiencewith MapReduce / Spark / Hive is preferred
8. Excellent ability to logical thinking, passionate about solving challenging problems, good atanalyzing and solving problems
9. Self-learner who is driven to learn new methods and techniques to fulfillbusiness needs
