猫狗打架居然违法？关于猫的13条法律，第11条太不公平了！

宠物是人类的好朋友，人们饲养它、爱抚它，甚至试图训练它，但是同时，又很少考虑到一些行为会不会触犯法律。
其实在世界上，存在很多关于宠物的特别法律，比如在法国不可以给猪取名为拿破仑，英国普通民众的宠物不可以和皇室的宠物交配。
关于猫的法律在世界上已经存在1000多年，很多法律搞笑又古怪，当地人真的会遵守这些法律吗？

第 1 条
在美国印第安纳州的French Lick Springs市，曾经有法律规定：所有的黑猫必须在黑色星期五，也就是每个日期为13日的星期五那天戴上铃铛。
这条法律从1942年开始实施。这个地区的居民非常迷信，除了黑猫戴铃铛，在黑色星期五这天出生的孩子也比其他日子要少很多。不过也不是完全没有好事，这一天的交通事故率也很低。

第 2 条
在美国北卡罗纳州的Barber市，猫和狗打架是违法的。
这条真是太搞笑了，大家都知道猫狗可是出了名的不合，一见面就互相不给好脸，要想不让它俩打架，得让他们一辈子不见面才行。如果真有违法的猫狗，是不是得把它们拘留起来加劳动改造？

第 3 条
美国加利福尼亚州禁止猫咪在学校、教堂等场所方圆1500英尺内公开交配。
这一条法律的目的，是不让孩子和教徒在公共场合看到这一“原始欲望”场面。不知到了春天，是否有公职人员专门上街驱赶猫咪。

第 4 条
在美国卡罗拉多州的Sterling市，猫咪在晚上不可以随便闲逛，除非身上绑着一个尾灯。
此条法律是为了保护猫咪在夜间不被车撞，但是哪只猫咪愿意在身上绑一个灯呢。

第 5 条
在美国密歇根州，动物爱好者们在猫咪和鸟之间只能选一种动物饲养，绝对不可以同时养两个。
猫是鸟类的天生杀手，这条法律为了保护鸟类，也是情有可原。如果违反法律，则要被处罚25美元。

第 6 条
而在美国新泽西州的Cresskill市，市政府同样为了保护鸟类想出了一招：规定猫咪脖子上得挂上3个铃铛。
这两个市的市长是鸟类爱好者无疑了。

第 7 条
晚上9点之后，美国乔治亚州Columbus市的猫可不许大声嚎叫。
没有夜生活的猫。

第 8 条
在美国伊利诺伊州的Zion市，不可以向猫咪提供点燃的香烟。
猫咪可不是烟民，没有吸烟的技能，当然尼古丁和灼热的温度都会对他们造成伤害。吸烟能无师自通的恐怕只有灵长类了。

第 9 条
美国维吉尼亚的捕狗大队在追捕流浪狗时，不可以骚扰流浪猫咪。
猫：嘻嘻～

第 10 条
美国明尼苏达州的Duluth市，猫咪不可以睡在面包店。
基于食品卫生考虑，餐饮行业的确有必要不让动物出入，不过这个地区只禁止了面包店……猫：懂了，以后我只逛海鲜店和牛排店。

第 11 条
终于有了美国之外的相关法律了……在挪威，只有公猫被绝育（割蛋蛋），而母猫可以幸免于难。
公猫：胯下一凉。如果只有公猫绝育的话，那么对于春天的母猫也是一种折磨。

第 12 条
在日本的猫咪有“宵禁”，晚上8点之后对宠物展示销售就是违法的了。
所以日本没有夜猫子？

第 13 条
匈牙利的Lorinc市，自2001开始，猫咪出门必须套上牵引绳。
市政府称此举是为了保护市民不被路上乱晃的猫咪吓到。（猫：拒绝）

世界上这么多有趣又稀奇古怪的猫咪法律，产生的原因大概是为了让猫和人类更和谐的相处吧。
