In Aion 2, Customization Coins (also called Appearance Change Vouchers) let you tweak your character’s face, body, hair, and load pre-made presets. They’re perfect if you want your character to look exactly how you imagine. Here’s how to get them and use them smartly.
How to Get Customization Coins
Event Rewards
Game updates, festivals, and seasonal events often give out free vouchers. Keep an eye on your mailbox and event shops—these freebies can save you premium currency.
Milestones & Achievements
Completing key story chapters or big achievements sometimes grants these coins. Don’t skip them; check the reward details before claiming.
Season Point Shops
You can exchange standard season points for vouchers, usually around 35,000 points. A solid option if you’ve accumulated points but missed free event rewards.
Premium Shop
Out of free or point-based vouchers? You can buy them using Quna/Diamonds. Save this as a last resort—early game currency is better spent on gear.
Beginner Mistakes to Avoid
Reach Level 2 First
You can’t apply downloaded presets during initial character creation. Create your basic character, hit level 2 to unlock the full customization interface, then use your coin.
Watch for Preset Lockouts
Some premium presets lock hair or face details—you may only be able to tweak body sliders. Always read the item description before purchasing or importing.
Save Your Free Voucher
New accounts usually get one free coin. Don’t waste it on minor tweaks; wait until you’re sure of your final look.
Prioritize Combat Stats First
Customization doesn’t affect your stats. Spend early Kinah on weapons, armor, Stigmas, and leveling before investing in cosmetics.
