RESPONSIBILITIES：

Preparing check list and process documents for process flow and quality insurance and following.Improving the present production procedures to increase productivity, quality, and revenues.Designing, developing and implementing overall and unit manufacturing processes(layout, process flow charts, bench stock room installation, canceling cleaning department…).Ensuring equipment and processes are able to meet demand, quality, and cost targets.Interfacing with vendors and contractors to design, install, integrate, and validate new manufacturing equipment.Working in coordination with the marketing and product design teams to build a manufacturing process for the new product.Working with the equipment designers to develop a cost-effective and efficient production process for the new product. Performing tests (peeling, cross-linking, adhesion, and new material tests) on systems for improving efficiency and accuracy for achieving a quality and cost-effective production procedure successfully. Realizing preventive action plan and implementing required actions for repairing ratio with stakeholders. Managing and directing process team.

REQUIREMENTS：

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline in mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering and related disciplines. Be computer literate: MS Office(word, excel, power point)Good command of English.Must have good logical skills and should be detail-oriented.Knowledge of process engineering, leadership & management skills.Must have process engineering experiences at least 2 years.Project Management experience and PMP certificate are plus.

Salary: 90,000-100,000 USD/ year

工资：9-11W USD/ 年薪

任职资格:

本科学历，机械、电气、工业、化学工程及相关专业。
熟练使用计算机办公软件; 熟练使用办公软件; 熟练使用电脑; 熟练掌握英语。
具备流程工程、领导和管理技能。
必须具有至少2年过程工程经验，项目管理经验和 pmp 证书优先。
