Job Description
As the Staff Accountant, you will be heavily involved in our day-to-day and month-end accounting activities including AP/AR, capital projects, journal entries, and producing financial statements
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who has some experience with bookkeeping and accounting and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
. Perform sales reporting and bank reconciliations
. Manage the AP processing to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
. Work as a key part of the accounting team to ensure successful close of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies
. Assist in the preparation of cost analysis, financial forecast, and business plans
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the managers
Preferred Qualifications:
. Degree in In Accounting or Related Field
. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with Attention to Detail
. Ability to Multitask with Tight Deadlines
. Excellent Interpersonal, Verbal, and Written Communication Skills
. Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. Occasionally travel
. Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English
