Account Payable Duties:
-Bookkeeping
-Data Entry
-Matching Vendor Invoices wit BOL
-Invoice payment
-Discuss and solve any invoice discrepancies with vendors
-Prepare month end reports and Bank Reconciliation
-Filing
Requirements:
-Associate's degree or above
-Relevant experience
-High level of confidentially
-Able to work independently and under pressure
-Bilingual. Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
-Must be green card holder or US citizen
