热浪狂风横扫南加 多地发布红旗火警

因为狂风和热浪影响，国家气象局向南加州大部分地区发布红旗火警。



据橙县记事新闻网报道，一夜之间，国家气象局的风速表就飙升至78英里每小时，受沙漠热风的影响，南加地区温度也急剧升高，最高可能达到90℉。

周日（28日）凌晨2时13分，马里布（Malibu）上方伯尼山附近的一个农场，风速达到78英里每小时，已经越过界限形成飓风。

洛杉矶水电局发言人温特雷（Michael Ventre）说，这股大风导致至少1400名该机构用户的水电使用受到影响，其中1100名在帕科玛（Pacoima）地区。

据南加州爱迪生公司透露，洛杉矶县圣塔莫尼卡山（Santa Monica Mountains）200名用户也因此受到停电影响。该公司发言人米尔伯恩（Mary Ann Milbourn）将原因归咎于设备故障。

圣盖博山脉同样受大风影响，湖景露台（Lake View Terrace）上的山麓丶威尔逊山（Mt. Wilson）附近的Chilao护林站丶希尔玛（Sylmar）等地最高风速分别达到70丶66和40英里每小时。

警告将持续至1月29日周一下午3时，涵盖地区包括圣塔莫尼卡山地区丶洛杉矶县山区丶洛杉矶国家森林公园丶圣塔克拉利塔（Santa Clarita）以及圣费尔南多峡谷。

在橙县内陆丶圣贝纳迪诺峡谷和山区地带丶河滨以及圣地亚哥等县，警告将持续至周一下午4点。

国家气象局透露，沿海地区风速能达到30英里每小时，而内陆地区风速最高则为50英里每小时。

一些地区可能会出现破纪录的高温，比平均气温高出20℉。河滨县周日最高气温达到83℉，而安纳罕更是达到87℉。

伍德兰希尔斯最高温可能达到89℉，比起1984年的记录要高了3℉，而长滩则可能追平1976年88℉的历史纪录。
