旧金山10人游行至州府沙加缅度讨公道

【侨报记者吴卓明10月11日旧金山综合报道】旧金山一个10人的社区活跃分子从10月11日起，展开一次14天行程，前往加州首府沙加缅度举行示威游行，要求检控旧金山射杀嫌犯的警方人员。
据福克斯电视台湾区报道，示威人士寻求和加州总检察长Xavier Secerra会面，要求他介入旧金山地检官盖斯肯针对警察射杀嫌犯事件拒绝检控或不作任何决定。

示威人士写给总检察长Becerra的信函称，警察不应该被允许射杀嫌犯而完全不受惩罚。他们相信，没有事情会发生改变，除非射杀嫌犯的警察被控以谋杀罪名，并被判定有罪和入狱。
参与活动之10人中的3人，之前曾是“Frisco Fie”组织的部分成员。去年，他们曾在旧金山米慎区警署外，展开17天的饥饿抗议活动，要求开除时任警察局局长苏尔。此次抗议最终引发旧金山市政厅内的紧张气氛。
在那次抗议活动后的两周，苏尔黯然下台。
“Frisco Five”成员之一的Ike Pinkston于10月11日出发前，在旧金山最高法院大楼外表示，大家聚集在一起，再次抗议旧金山警察滥杀无辜的事件，他们将走约85英里到沙加缅度。
示威人士同时针对旧金山前警察局局长，现任的旧金山地检官的盖斯肯，尽管他对警方公信力有种种托词。盖斯肯调查警察枪击事件已持续多年，该办公室目前仍有10个，可回溯道2014年的致命枪击事件。
盖斯肯在清理积压的调查中取得了一些进展，他宣布有9名警察分别在2014、2016和今年涉及枪击事件的警察，将不会遭到犯罪检控。
示威人士要求检控2名于2016年枪杀Amilcar Perez-Lopez的便衣警察Craig Tiffe和Eric Reboli。今年4月，盖斯肯宣布不起诉该2名便衣警察。
示威人士还要求检控于2014年在Bernal Heights公园，枪杀保安员Alex Nieto 的警察。盖斯肯于2015年宣布，不起诉涉及枪击事件的警察。
示威人士也要求检控于2015年12月2日，枪杀Mario Woods的警察，以及在同年4月7日枪杀无家可归者Luis Gongora Pat.的警察。
在游行示威开始前，Nieto和Gongora的家人宣读了他们的感谢声明。声明指出，这次游行是正义的，示威人士将寻求加州政府的协助，将旧金山涉及枪杀无辜居民的警察绳之于法，交付审判及送人监狱服刑。
Nieto的父亲说，他希望盖斯肯接受来自加州政府的声音与诉求，他们为死于警察枪下之旧金山无辜居民讨回公道的作法是正义的。
Gongora的兄弟Jose Gongora Pat.指出，无论他们过去如何要求盖斯肯起诉谋杀无辜居民的警察，他都没有处理。他们被逼无奈才采取游行到沙加缅度示威陈情的做法，因为旧金山的司法系统已经不可以保障城市居民的安全。
游行队伍将在游行途中的Mill Valley、 San Rafael、 Petaluma、Novato、 Sonoma、Napa、Fairfield、Vacaville、 Dixon 和Davis举行集会，他们计划于10月18日到达沙加缅度。
