Now hiring Payables supervisor

Responsibilities
●Properly code, scan, and file all incoming invoices and BOLs
●Efficiently and accurately enter data
●Review vendor statements and provide payment updates
●Maintain and organize the filing system
●Perform process of cutting/mailing checks
●Work with purchasers and the receiving team to resolve discrepancies

Requirements
●Ability to speak both Chinese and English
●High levels of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
●Data entry and basic spreadsheet software skills
●Willingness to learn and adhere to processes
●Interpretation and unit conversion skills (e.g. factoring in discounts and freight, to arrive attrue cost of a product).
●Bachelor’s degree -or- previous related work experience

Compensation & Benefits
●Annual salary of ?$40,000? (paycheck paid every 2 weeks)
●After a 3-month probationary period:
○1 week paid time-off per year
○Paid holidays (per company Holiday schedule)
○Eligible to contribute to company 401(k)
