材料：猪肉、嫩豆腐、鸡蛋、红辣椒、姜葱、盐、麻油、生抽、蚝油、胡椒粉、熟芝麻、干淀粉

①将猪肉剁碎、加入姜葱蓉、适量盐、生抽、蚝油、胡椒粉、熟芝麻、鸡蛋清、顺着一个方向再加入少许干淀粉，用筷子搅拌均匀，腌制30分钟。

②将嫩豆腐切成小块，放在碟子上备用。

③锅烧开水之后，将嫩豆腐隔水蒸3分钟后拿出来，倒掉碟子里面多余的水分。

④将之前腌制好的猪肉，均匀的涂在嫩豆腐上面，在把鸡蛋黄一起铺上去，大火煮开水后，下锅隔水蒸10分钟后，取出。

⑤在蒸熟好的肉饼上面，撒上红椒粒、葱花、淋上芝麻油即可，一道香喷喷、很有食欲的豆腐鸡蛋蒸肉饼就呈现在眼前。
