Jumping into Black Ops 7 with some basic grey rifle feels a bit dead, especially when everyone else is flexing in the kill cam and half the lobby probably came from buy BO7 Bot Lobbies anyway. If you don't wanna spend night after night sweating in multiplayer just to unlock one half-decent skin, there are a few routes that get you stacked pretty fast. None of them need crazy skill, just a bit of focus and a willingness to push stuff that most players ignore.
Campaign rewards that stack up
A lot of people boot the game, skip the story and jump straight into Warzone or ranked, and that's where they lose out. The BO7 campaign is basically a reward conveyor belt. You don't need to chase hidden intel or do weird challenges, you just clear missions. Finish Mission 1, "Exposure," and the game drops the Irides One for the M15 straight into your hands. Push through Mission 3 and Mission 9 and you'll add the Phantom sniper and Razor Fire Vertex SMG, so by then your basic classes already look like you've been grinding for weeks. Go into settings and tick "Skip Intro" before you start; cutting those cutscenes makes the run feel quick, and you can bang out several missions in an evening.
Warzone butterfly hunts
When you switch over to Warzone, don't just chase every random crate that pings on the map. Aim for the Butterfly Chests, especially around Power Plant and Airport, where they tend to show up a lot. Crack one open and you get that swarm of red butterflies flying everywhere, and yeah, it gets a bit hectic. Your job is simple: scoop up 30 of them while your squad watches your back. If you plan it with one teammate running cover and one grabbing butterflies, you can secure the Prismatic XM4 in a few minutes. That rainbow skin normally takes way longer if you rely on standard progression, so it feels good to get it done in one sharp push instead of dragging it out.
Easy codes and "lazy" unlocks
There's also the low-effort angle that a lot of players just never bother to check. If you're picking up a can of energy drink, like Monster, take two seconds to look for a QR code on the label. Scan it and you might walk away with the Electric R-9 blueprint for literally zero extra work. Same vibe with digital receipts: when you buy the game from Amazon, GameStop or similar, scroll through the email properly. Promo codes for things like the Solar DSR-50 slip past people all the time because they just delete the receipt. It's not glamorous, but if you're short on time, grabbing unlocks from brands and bundles beats grinding through another night of sweaty lobbies.
Endgame missions and a small boost
Once you've wrapped the main story, don't just uninstall campaign and forget it exists, because Endgame Mode opens up and that's where some of the fastest guaranteed drops sit. Focus on Operator-Specific missions; they usually run about ten minutes and they're clear-cut: survive an exfil, hit an objective, get paid in skins. That's how I ended up with the Eclipse B23 sniper after a single tense extraction instead of praying for luck in a 30-minute battle royale. If you like stacking your odds even more, a platform like U4GM focuses on making it simple to like buy game currency or items in U4GM, and you can fold that into your setup by choosing to buy u4gm CoD BO7 Bot Lobby so your grind feels shorter and your loadouts hit that "day-one veteran" look.
