DDCC GLOBAL SOURCING INC is a flooring importer& distributor located in Elk Grove Village, IL. We have been in thisbusiness for 20 years with manufacturer background. We market to distributorsand importers Nationwide, and market to flooring retailers in Mid-west area. We are currently looking for full time Office Assistant ingeneral office management, Customer service, A/P & A/R, and many otherareas of the company. This exciting role will introduce you to many areas ofthe flooring wholesale industry and business management!
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Reliable & punctual Organized, High level of professionalism
Effective written and verbal communication
Attentive to details
Familiar with accounting system is a Plus (quickbooks, Netsuite or SAP)
Office support (filing, answer incoming calls)
Processing orders and follow up
Bookkeeping
Organize and maintain files
Additional duties as assigned Comfortable working at a smallcompany (fewer than 10 employees)
Candidates will be required to proof legal status to work in US
