如何快速得到美国驾照

我们从中国过来已经有中国驾照比较快的考法：
先去参加一个网上的酒精课学习（就是告诉开车的人，酒后或吸毒后驾车的危险，还是可以学到不少知识哈），然后在指定时间去驾校指定地点完成酒精课考试，花35刀拿到一个酒精课合格证书；然后找车管所指定的翻译人员翻译国内驾照（这个可以讲价，我花了21刀）；收集齐需要的身份证明材料，就可以去车管所递交申请材料了。马里兰州这边对应我们的车管所的部门叫MVA(Motor Vehicle Administration)，也是管理车辆和驾驶员的部门。
要得到考试资格，首先要有身份证明材料和居住证明材料各两份，一般来说，都需要一到两个月的时间才能收齐（我用了护照丶I94入境表丶银行对帐单和网络费用帐单）。
材料递交当时就审查，合格以后进行资料登录和视力测试（Vision Test），身高和体重都是直接问的，视力测试有机器做，还是用人眼看，除了视力还要测试眼睛可以看到前方的范围角度；资料登记过程还要问发生事故是否愿意捐献器官（中国人的文化习惯，我没有接受这个愿意捐献的选项），最后就是拍照。
这一步搞定就是交规考试（Law Test）了，笔试也都采用计算机考试了，触摸屏单项选择，20里答对17算通过，遇到不会的题可以跳过，但是每个题只能跳过一次，也就是说这20个题一开始考就不会变化了，我跳过一题，在18题做完的时候就自动结束了。
笔试通过当时会发临时驾照(Learner’s Permit)，有此驾照就可以在另一个持有正式驾照的人的陪同（必须坐在车子右前座位）下上路开车了。因为我持有外国驾照（Out of Country License）,只给了张纸做Permit，不过已经可以用这个租车了，费用也比外国驾照去租可能更便宜，有这个Permit可以马上预约路考。
马里兰州路考只是在场地里进行一系列动作，然后考官对照一张记分表对错误动作进行扣分，大致动作就是前进后退拐弯，另外两个大动作就是平行趴车和车库内调头，总体上讲比国内考的移库简单多了。
不过考试中对驾驶安全的要求很高，比如到了停车标志(Stop Sign)的地方必须要刹停再走，这个是美国的法律规定，还有就是车子开动之前一定要晃脑袋观察前后左右的路况，动作越夸张越好。确实习惯上有些问题，我有忘记观察一次路况，险过！
这样几个步骤完成以后，就算完全通过了，然后重新排队，刷卡交钱$45等几分钟就拿到驾照了！
说说驾照的好处：
驾照在美国生活里有很重要的位置。美国的身份证号可以说就是社会安全号（Social Security Number），但是这个号码最好还是保密的好，因为是和信用记录紧密相关，如果社会安全号被盗用，可能导致被别人盗用信用卡，信用记录下降，这样对将来贷款丶工作都会有负面影响。因此，在社会安全号的卡片上就明确写着，请记下号码，不要随身携带此卡，这跟国内一定要带身份证正好相反。但是生活中又确实有很多需要出示证件的场合，比如用信用卡有可能需要证件来证明自己是卡主，买酒需要证明自己的年龄，一般这个时候大家都会用到驾照。驾照在数据库中是记录了社会安全号的，近来因为盗用号码比较严重，所以号码不再标示在驾照上，但是驾照仍然是日常生活中重要的证件。另一大好处就是，如果驾照丢失，补办程序比护照和社会安全号都容易的多。
美国考驾照笔试的一些小经验
闲话不多说，认真说来，我是没怎么看书的，这点跟以前考历史丶政治很相像。考完之后，发现中国的应试教育真是万能的啊~~~居然也能套用路考！
1）为什么要去找提纲？
以前考历史丶政治的时候，老师都会给你一个小册子，让学生翻来覆去的背。小册子重不重要呢？废话！不重要干嘛让你背啊~
在这里，我要感谢惠君mm和李也叫同学，没有你们的小册子，我还真不知能不能过呢。于是，我就在看了150左右道题目之后，雄赳赳气昂昂的走进了考场。
2）是不是背了这些题目就一定能过呢？
很遗憾，答案是不一定。就我老的考试经验来看，起码有10%的题目是你没见过的。如果你把这10%题目全蒙错，再多错几道其他的，你就挂鸟~~~ 所以，我们一定要有策略~~~
3）蒙题“三”原则
1. above all is right原则。
看到这个选项一定选，我遇到了7丶8道这样的题目，只有1道不对，蒙对几率高达86%。
2. none above is right 原则。
看到这个一定不 选， 我遇到的不多，3个，全都不该选。
3. 最长最ok原则。
如果一道题我没见过，又没有above all is right选项，且有一项出奇的长，那就选它了！我遇到了5道左右这样的题目，全对！！！
就这样，我本着投机的心态，轻松过关……想想看，其实那150道题挺有用的，都是上路必备常识，记住了也挺有用的。
