岗位职责：
美团点评公司是全球领先的一站式生活服务平台，旗下的美团外卖是中国最大的外卖平台。当前，美团外卖面临的一个挑战是订单量的快速增长和有限的配送能力之间的矛盾。
我们希望使用机器人技术来提升配送的效率。目前的主要产品是面向人流密集区域的无人配送车，这是自动驾驶技术在配送场景的具体应用。在美团点评的超大业务需求背景下，我们以规模化量产为研发目标。相对于无人驾驶汽车，无人配送车有类似的自动驾驶技术的挑战，也有复杂的实际应用场景下的挑战。你将能够参与其中。

岗位要求：
? 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学，机器人，自动化或相关专业，博士学位优先；
? 良好的数据结构和算法基础。熟悉C/C ，Python或者一种编程语言
? 对机器学习有一定理论基础，在深度学习/增强学习等方向有理解或者实践
? 具有丰富的Linux系统开发经验熟知基本算法和算法优化的方法和思路
? 良好的团队合作精神

Algorithm engineer for autonomous vehicles

Responsibility:
Meituan-Dianping is a world leading life service platform, and Meituan Waimai is the largest on-demand food delivery platform in the world. Currently, we are facing a critical challenge to fulfill the delivery requirement of the rapidly increasing number of orders. To improve the delivery capacity, we will explore the robotic technologies to develop autonomous delivery vehicles. We are hiring for talents in the area of robotics, slam, navigation and deep learning.
Requirement:
1. Master degree or above in computer science, robotics, automation or equivalent, PhD degree is highly preferred
2. Experience with algorithms such as SLAM, geometry localization, deep learning, planning and multi-sensor fusion.
3. Solid programming skills, C/C /Python
4. Have strong passion in autonomous vehicle development and application

岗位2丶广告算法工程师
职位要求：
1. 负责美团大众点评推荐场景广告CTR预估模块，包括特征优化丶模型优化以及策略优化方向。
2. 采用数据挖掘丶机器学习丶自然语言处理，协同过滤等技术，分析海量数据，结合广告的业务特点，设计基于数据的算法模型和策略。

3. 独立完成数据分析任务，从海量的用户行为中挖掘出有价值的信息。
4. 有效的和业务方，产品经理沟通策略方案，根据各方反馈迭代策略设计。

任职资格：
1. 有两年以上相关工作经验，对CTR预估丶竞价策略或者自然语言处理丶文本相关性丶数据挖掘丶机器学习等有一定的理解和应用经验。
2. 精通C/C /Java等编程，有良好的编程习惯。
3. 对数据结构和算法设计有深刻的理解
4. 对数据敏感，数学功底扎实
5. 有大型搜索引擎丶推荐系统丶广告系统等方面经验优先
6. 有MapReduce/Spark/Hive 相关经验优先
7. 具有优秀的逻辑思维能力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，善于分析/解决问题

Advertising Algorithm Engineer
Position Description
1. Work on CTR estimation projects in Meituan-Dianping’s recommendation scenarios, making improvement on feature engineering, statistical models and strategies.
2. Leverage data science technology to design and build algorithmic models and strategies, based on big data and the advertising business requirements
3. Process and analyze large amount of client’s behavioral data to study and find valued relationships and trends
4. Communicate effectively with our product and business teams to iteratively provide solutions to improving our system and strategy design

Qualification
1. Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience on data mining, machine learning and their applications in CTR estimation and bidding strategy, or NLP and text mining etc.
3. Advanced coding skills in C, C , Java
4. Deep knowledge of data structure and algorithm
5. Strong ability to interpret data signals
6. Experience working with large-scale search engine / recommender system / advertising system is preferred
7. Experience with MapReduce / Spark / Hive is preferred
8. Excellent ability to logical thinking, passionate about solving challenging problems, good at analyzing and solving problems
9. Self-learner who is driven to learn new methods and techniques to fulfill business needs

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for budget & periodic financial forecast, monthly variance analysis, monthly management financial reporting
- Cooperate with business team as financial partner with strong business acumen
- Build up efficient system and process to meet business and compliance demand
- Ownership of in-depth analysis of ad-hoc projects, financial models and analyses to support key business decision making

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, internet company is preferred
- Top academic achievement with major in a business-related field with significant finance coursework
