许多学生来到美国后，第一辆车都会选择购买二手车。但面对这个复杂的市场，许多刚来的同学会觉得很迷茫，尤其是购买第一辆车，会贴别纠结。来自诚聚汽车集团（CJ Auto Group）的老司机在这里希望能提供一些经验和挑选的策略帮助到刚刚踏上这个车轮上国家的同学们。






定位：




从你决定买车的那一刻起，有几个问题值得思考：

1.      SUV vs.轿车

2.      德系 vs.日系 vs.美系vs.其他

3.      预算大概多少

4.      什么品牌

5.      多少年份以内

6.      多少里程数以内




定位是第一步同时也是最重要的一步，至于为什么，我们在后面会慢慢详解





车源：




想好了要买什么车，下一步就是去寻找这些车源。以下是几个比较常用的搜索车源的渠道：

Cars, Autotrader, Cargurus是美国比较主流的二手车交易平台，模式大同小异，绝大多数Dealer都会在这些网站上推广他们的车源。我个人推荐Cars.com因为它是美国最大也是资源最丰富的交易平台。在搜索车源的过程中值得注意一点是，网上的这些标价都是汽车本身的卖价并不包括Tax,registration fee, title fee, documentation fee等杂费。提到这一点的原因就是，有一些车商在网上用很低的标价吸引客户到店，但在交易的最后一步时收取很高的Processingfee，这样变相的增加了价格，很多同学因为碍于面子或者购车心切等最后选择多付了这些费用，最后总价算下来车子的性价比并没有最开始网上看起来那么好。


Craigslist是一个主营私人车主的二手交易平台，类似美国版的58同城网。如果对车没有一定鉴别能力的话建议不要在Craigslist上买车，因为上面的车源比较杂，有很多小车商和修车行会在上面卖车，很多都是rebuilt的事故车，因为没有报保险所以Carfax上也查不到记录。

微信的强大不言而喻!!!很多同学会将他们的车发在微信上，鉴别车辆本身之外最好的办法就是从身边朋友侧面打听一下车主和车子的信息，总之越多信息越能帮助你做判断。




Carfax/Autocheck：




美国二手车市场经过几十年的发展，相对比较成熟和正规，其中Carfax和Autocheck功不可没。因为每一辆车出厂之后都会有一个VIN#，每一个VIN都会链接一份CarfaxReport。CarfaxReport包含了这一辆车的所有历史信息，比如，买卖记录，有无事故，保养记录等。一般Dealer都会提供一份免费的CarfaxReport。在评估每一辆车之前第一件事就是看这辆车的CarfaxReport。如果是有过事故的车即使价格很低也不要购买，相关的原因大家可以google和询问身边有经验朋友。




评估价格：




确定了车没有事故之后就可以进入评估价格的环节。决定车辆价格的因素主要有三点：

1．  里程数

2．  年份

3．  配置

里程数越低年份越新的车肯定更好，当然价格肯定也越高。原厂质保（Factory Warranty）是一个重要的因素，拿BMW打比方，所有BMW的车从上路的那天4年或者5万mile以内，保养都是免费的，除此之外只要车有任何机械的故障（发动机，变速箱）你都可以去找任何一家BMW4s店，他们有责任帮你免费修好。换句话说，质保期以内对车本身也是一个保障所以车过了质保期之后价格会有一个大幅度的降低。

配置是决定价格的另外一个重要因素，可能一台相同的车因为配置不同出厂会差1w美金甚至更多。当然这些配置的折旧速度比车本身更快，1万美金的配置可能折算到二手车中只值5000美金甚至更少。

回到第一步的定位的重要性，因为当你所选车型的范围越小，你就可以相应的深入了解这几款车的配置，原厂质保，车辆换代等信息。随着你了解的越多你对车辆评估的能力就越高。




评估车况：




最常用评估车况的方式就是试驾，但是据我观察，100个买家试驾99个可能试驾不出来问题（包括作者自己）。相比之下我更倾向于关注Carfax和这辆车是否还在原厂质保以内。因为没有出过事故且还在原厂质保以内本身对车况就是一个保证。假如车辆出了质保期，另外一个渠道就是做一次Inspection（全车检修）。一般大型Dealer或者bodyshop都可以提供全车检修（100刀到200刀不等）。
