Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Executive as well as our management team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting and assisting guests/vendorsResolve administrative problemsPreparing proposals, contracts, reports and other company related documentsProvide daily administrative support for project management team and field superintendentsCommunicates effectively and professionally with clients, management team, co-workers and referral sourcesParticipates in personal, professional growth and developmentCoordinate office proceduresContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification/Requirement:
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.Strong organizational and planning skillsManagement experience in the logistic field or related areaBilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English is requiredAbility to organize a daily workload by prioritiesA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsAbility to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
