现急招 [Bio-Research Analyst - New Grad]  
* Introduce and establish new research platforms (CRISPR, phage display, bispecific antibodies, CAR-T, or similar) in the laboratory;  
* Keep up with the latest biotechnology trend and is willing to adapt the challenges of learning new techniques;  
* Be ready to build a team of research and development scientists;  
* Provide consultancy and collaborate closely with scientists from other departments (sales, marketing, etc.);  
* Experienced with designing and performing independently research projects;  
* Detect PK, ADA, NAb and other samples of biological analysis methods for biological macromolecule drugs;  
* Develop, optimize and verify biological analysis methods including PK, ADA, NAb, analyze and summarize experimental data, and solve technical problems;  
* Independently write SOPs and record files for bio-analysis experiments.

薪资待遇：up to $120,000 / DOE
