About the Company

About the Position
We are seeking an energetic and rock-solid Sales Operations Specialist to become a member of our North American Team. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, basic project management, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving, tracking and reporting, sales support, and other assigned activities. This role provides high-level support in creating efficiencies, process improvement, and increasing sales effectiveness. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, multi-tasker, loves details and wants to exceed expectations.
Job Requirements:
BA/BS degree in business-related areasAt least two years online sales experience.Must be detailed oriented with a proven ability to multi-taskEffective communication skills, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross-functional teams, business units, as well as across other geographies.Must be a self-motivated and effective time manager.Must have operation related experience working with Government & School buyer.Ability to manage your own schedule to meet the needs of your customers and sales partnersProficient in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze large data sets, create financial models, and simplify complex dataPassion for customer experience and exceeding expectations.Proficiency in English and Chinese( Mandarin)
