G20“习特会”后中美达成了90天的贸易停火协议，但在这期间中美之间的博弈仍在继续，如果未在谈判期内达成共识，中美贸易战将会升级。
  
在过去的两周里，美国先后释放出几个积极信号。
  
据彭博新闻报道，相关知情人士透露，中国将把美国制造汽车的进口关税从目前的40%降至15%，此提案已交中国国务院，将在未来几天内进行审议，具体的生效时间目前还未确定。



  
路透社报道称，美国农业部(USDA)宣布美国民间向中国出售了113万吨大豆。美国农业部副部长斯蒂芬.琴斯基（Steve Censky）周四在爱荷华州大豆协会年会上，对中国自7月与美国爆发贸易战以来首次少量购买美国大豆表示欢迎，他说“这是一个伟大的进步，但还需要更多。”


  
同时，也有相关报道称，中国已经通知国有石油贸易公司联合石化向美国采购石油。
  
对于这些消息，中国商务部发言人高峰在例行记者会上并未予以否认，只是透露中美贸易磋商正在顺利进行中，将会陆续公布落实两国在汽车丶农产品和能源等领域上达成的共识。
  
12月13日，美国总统特朗普在接受福克斯新闻采访时也谈及中美贸易战，他表示“中国将开放市场，这将是一个重大的政策转变。” 特朗普说“美国还可以向中国另外的2,670亿美元的商品征税，他们不想这样，所以他们现在同意购买大豆了。”“中国经济面临困难，这全都是因为我，因为我征收了关税。”


  
另彭博新闻最新消息指出，两位知情人士透露特朗普政府正在决定，将价值2000亿美元的中国商品的关税从10％提高到25％的时间推迟到3月1日，并预计周五在《联邦公报》上公布。
