* Green Card Holder or US Citizen only*

Our Import Department is hiring accounts payable/billing clerk to take care of the duties below:

-Prepare delivery order, bill of lading and invoice to customers

-Review payment terms and conditions of bill payment; make timely payment of all vendors and carriers invoices according to the vendor’s terms.

-Review and file import documentation such as vendor's invoice, packing list, bill of lading and 10+2 form.

-Filing of completed vendor payment.
