About the position.
Working closely with the consultants assigned to the university to carry out on-ground and internet marketing on the university campus ?.
Assisting consultants to identify and liaise with relevant student societies that may want to partner with Mandarin Consulting ?.
Carrying out research on the number, faculty distribution and otherdetails of Chinese student body on campus.?.
Making constructive suggestions to the consultant regarding marketing oncampus. ?.
Reporting to the consultant issues regarding student career concerns ?.
Arranging 10 good quality leads for the sales consultants every week. ?.
Using flexible working hours to work 5 hours each week.
Job Requirements.
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese (to speak and text with Chinese international students) and English. Determined,focused, and results-driven.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Previous consultative sales experience preferred, but not required.
Good at managing social media. Having experience of managing social media chatting groups is a plus

Remuneration will be paid based on the service plan; basically $120 foreach newly sign up customer..
Campus Assistant are expected to arrange successfully 10 good-quality,one to one career consultation sessions for the consultant each week. Mandarin Consulting reserves the right to dismiss Campus Assistants who consistently fail to meet requirements.?.
On successfully completing at least two months’ employment, CampusAssistants will be invited to attend a free career workshop, which is part of our Career Coaching Program, to learn basic job application skills..
Campus Assistants will also be given a formal written reference letter confirming their work at Mandarin Consulting. ?. Payment will be settled monthly.
